San Lazzaro di Savena (Bologna), 30 June 2026 – Yesterday morning at 11:00 AM, the official Press Conference of the 13th European Deaf Bowling Championships took place, marking the formal opening of one of the most important events on the European Deaf sporting calendar.
The conference brought together representatives of the organising committee, local and regional institutions, sports authorities, and championship officials. During the event, the speakers officially welcomed the participating delegations and highlighted the significance of hosting the championships in Italy.
The various institutional addresses emphasized the values that inspire the event: inclusion, equal opportunities, friendship, international cooperation, and the important role of sport in bringing people together beyond all barriers.
